Manufacturing:
All Playsoft is manufactured in company owned and operated facilities. No subcontractors are used, and stringent process controls are strictly maintained.

Materials:
Raw material used is 100% cured, clean heartwoods of healthy American hardwoods and conifers, in a proprietary blend which insures the greatest longevity, impact attenuation, and user safety possible. Only “virgin” materials are used, meaning that none of the raw material has been subjected to paint, coatings, chemical treatments, or laminations, other than lumber marking dyes.

Positively no sawmill waste is used. Sawmill waste could result in poor longevity, composting, and significant amounts of mold, fungus, insects, bark, dirt, and other nonconforming materials, which could compromise all performance and safety aspects of the material.

Storage:
All inventories, from raw materials to finished goods are stored on well-drained pavement, or inside. Positively no storage is permitted on soil, as material stored on soil has significantly less longevity and structural integrity because of the serious decomposition problems caused by storing wood products on soil.

99.5% of the particles will not exceed 21/2” in length, ½” in width, and ¾” in depth.

Moisture Absorption and Adsorption combined will not exceed 75% by weight. Coefficient of permeability is greater than .6 cm per sec.
